Terms of Service

Last updated: August 15, 2026

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and MindFrame for access to and use of the Mindframe AI service. By creating an account, using the app, or subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to these Terms.

2. What Mindframe AI provides

Mindframe AI is an idea presentation and visualisation platform. It helps users turn rough ideas into structured visuals, diagrams, concept boards, and presentation-ready material through AI assistance. Features and availability may vary by subscription plan.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction and have authority to enter into these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Mindframe AI for unlawful purposes, fraud, spam, harassment, intellectual property infringement, security interference, malware distribution, or any activity that harms our service or users. You may not reverse engineer, scrape, or circumvent technical limits of the platform.

5. Intellectual property

MindFrame retains all ownership and intellectual property rights in the software, branding, and service. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Mindframe AI in accordance with your subscription. You retain ownership of the content you create, subject to the licence you grant us to host and process it to operate the service.

6. Payments, subscriptions and refunds

Subscriptions are billed through our Merchant of Record, Paddle. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle’s Buyer Terms.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Subscription plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time through your billing dashboard or by contacting Paddle support.

7. Service availability

We aim to keep Mindframe AI available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. We may carry out maintenance or updates that affect availability.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately; you may request export of your content before cancellation where technically feasible.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MindFrame’s aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits or data loss, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which MindFrame is established. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by law.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page. Continued use of Mindframe AI after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
